Protect Yourself From Phishing Emails

How often do you get emails like these? These messages are Phishing Emails 100% of the time. Bad Actors are trying to get you to give up your Microsoft password.

Once a Bad Actor has access to your Microsoft Account they will have access to all your data (emails, letterheads, signature files, OneDrive data, etc.) and will use this information to either cause data loss or impersonate you.

Phishing emails come from a variety of trusted sources, like Amazon, PayPal, or Apple. The tips below will work to help you identify these messages as well.If you have clicked on a link and entered your password you should contact your IT or Portal Administrator immediately and start remedial actions. Just resetting your password is not enough, as the bad actors can quickly add rules and forwards in your Exchange server.
